California State of Mind

As I mentioned in the previous post, our little family trip to San Diego was one of those “pack as many things into a day as humanly possible” types of vacations.  Generally those end up being the worst kinds of trips, although you still won’t hear any complaining here, but this one somehow managed to stay fun through it all. Here’s an example of one day’s packed itinerary:

Seaport Village

for a morning stroll and a little snack/coffee break…

The Tide Pools

to say goodbye to the morning gloom and welcome the sun…

and Ocean Beach

to fully embrace the blue skies and beachy vibes that we all love so much

Never ever change, SD, you’re perfect just the way you are.

  1. Beautiful pictures! I’m really hoping I’ll be able to travel to the states this summer and this is really whetting my appetite. Hope you’re relaxing after a busy vacation! xxx

    1. Thank you, Lucy – if you make it across the pond let me know!! Depending where you go, I’d be happy to try and throw together some suggestions for you! California is a magical place, but lots of other cool places to see too, of course.

      Hope you’re doing well!! 🙂
